The Direct Placement Process:
Understanding the Assignment, Job Specification, Search and Selection, Interviews Negotiations & Contracts


  • Understanding the Assignment: In an efficient manner, we will hold discussions with the clients to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of the subject position in the context of the client’s hiring needs, departmental or company goals and corporate culture. This step helps us in our search process to identify candidates with the desired competency and caliber.
  • The Job Specifications: For any assigned role we are recruiting for, we provide professional support and guidance with regards to information on Job description, person specification about local remuneration, relocation matters and logistics.
  • Search& Selection: We engage our team of consultants to immediately begin our intensive recruitment process which includes the following main component.
      • Search: We conduct a search of our database profiles of profiles of prospective candidates, or network, from advertising on targeted recruiting websites and, and from specific companies.
      • Screening: We perform an in depth interview and skills evaluation of candidates to ensure that theypossess the requisite experience, qualification and education.
  • Interviews: We will present the clients with CVs of prescreened candidates. We will organize the logistics of the interview between the candidate and the client. Depending on the location of the candidate, this will be done via a face-to-face meeting, telephone, teleconferencing or any other suitable means requested by the client.
      • References: With the candidate’s’ consent, we check their professional references, and request for proof of education, qualification, certifications and licenses. We are glad to provide copies of such to the client, upon the client’s request and with the candidate’s consent.
      • Tests: At the client requests certain tests (e.g. language, aptitude, etc.) we are able to include this step into our selection process. Client may be required to provide all relevant testing material.
  • Employment Contract & Negotiations: We facilitate the negotiation of the employment contract between the client and the candidate. We maintain dialogue with both the client and candidates during the recruitment process, and after hiring to ensure client satisfaction.
